I have been researching into Systema an...Good read! I have been researching into Systema and Pavel's theories on tension and always found the 2 to contradict each other. Training the body to engage in whole body tension in doing a specific movement would simply acclimatise the body to that, which may not be sustainable in the long run ("you become what you do consistently") <br /><br />Really felt lost between ground flow, the 4 pillars and Pavel's Kettlewell work as well, thank you for sharing this!!
